We converted an old 1920’s House to create the perfect backdrop for your treasure-hunting expedition. We’re just getting started!
Owner/ Curator Katherine Boddie finds, purchases, repurposes, salvages, and also creates interesting things. She has , well, an Eye for this sort of thing.
I chose the location next to Barzarre, an eclectic spot in its own right, which is a perfect fit for this collection of oddities, and unique articles. All these cool finds won’t stick around for long, so I’m always on the lookout for new treasure troves to restock.

Why the Cat’s Eye?
First off, My name is Kat. Second, I am a cat owner. OR I should say they own me. I also like to feel I have an eye for the distinct, and can identify potential in the items I select or create.
So are you a Thrift Store?
There are definitely items for all price ranges here. While I love a great thrift store, I have no interest myself in hawking used toasters, old power adapters, and used cutlery. The content here at Cat’s Eye is, hopefully more tastelful, and certainly more unique. If I have to be surrounded by things, I want them to be cool things.
Can I apply to be a part of the team?
Once we establish more permanent business hours, I envision the space to be staffed with makers and crafters who also vend their wares here. You’re always welcome to contact us with your ideas and interest. And hey, we’ll also be doing regular markets, so if you want to get on our contact list, fill out our Vendor form!
